Solution: It’s recommended to remove supports after washing. Additionally, you may consider to wash a whole batch of print parts together or add protective casing during pre-processing.

Solution: It's advised to wash using the rotation speed recommended in HeyGears documentations such as User Guide and Complete Procedures. Recommended speed for print parts with structures: 160 rad/min, and speed without structures: 100 rad/min.
Solution: Follow HeyGears documentations such as User Guide and Complete Procedures. AVOID submerging print parts in cleaning agent for long. Washing time is usually within 10 min.
