Solution: When you use Resin Tank Cleaning, please make sure to use the provided residue remover if possible. Do NOT take out the cured resin by hand directly, or you may easily break the release film of the resin tank.
Solution: Remember to check the resin in the resin tank every time before and after printing. If there's any residue of cured resin, make sure to clean and remove it, or it might damage the release film when being pressed by the build platform during printing.
The release film and the resin tank do not share the same service life. The film’s performance gradually degrades as it goes through adhesive force (caused by the descent and ascend of the build platform) again and again and finally can be easily broken.
Solution:
It’s advised to buy and replace the expiring release film with a new one in time.
The levitated printing design of Reflex drastically reduces the adhesive force and extends the film’s service life. Besides, Reflex contains a release film sensor to help you monitor the film and send timely notifications reminding you of replacement.
